San Diego has one of the largest dual-citizen and dual-country populations in the US. If you have a home, family, or business in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Valle — but a life in San Diego too — our warehouse is 10 minutes north of the San Ysidro POE, right on your regular route.
A receiving address for people who live on both sides
Many of our San Diego customers don't have a "delivery problem" — they have a schedule problem. You're at your Tijuana apartment Monday through Thursday, at your North Park house Friday through Sunday, the Amazon package always lands when you're on the wrong side, and porch piracy in some neighborhoods is a real risk. A dedicated, staffed receiving address right at the border means every package arrives somewhere you'll be anyway.
This is especially useful if your San Diego address is an apartment complex where management refuses deliveries, a converted ADU, or a place where you simply can't get packages during work hours.

Specific notes for dual-country residents
If you frequently carry your purchases south, remember the personal franquicia: $300 USD worth of goods per person by land, doubled during Programa Paisano seasons (Easter week, summer, and Dec 1–Jan 10). Families crossing together can combine exemptions. Keep original US receipts for everything that's obviously new or sealed — the southbound red-light random inspection is easier when your paperwork is clean.
For the "went a little over" situations, SAT's pago simplificado at 19% on the excess value is often the cleanest option — pay it and move on. For regular, larger cross-border buys, talk to an agente aduanal about formal imports; several of our customers use one for monthly consolidations.
